Hydroxyapatite 550mg
Equiv. to calcium 160mg
Colecalciferol (vitamin D3) 6.25 micrograms
Menaquinone 7 (vitamin K2) 17.6 micrograms
Contains milk and soya bean products.

使用方法
12-18歲青少年:每日2-3粒;
19-50歲成人:每日2粒;
51歲以上成人:每日2-3粒;
孕婦和哺乳期婦女:每日2-3粒，或遵醫囑服用。請隨餐服用。膠囊可以咀嚼或吞嚥。如果症狀持續，請諮詢您的醫療保健專業人員。
Adolescents 12-18 years old: 2-3 capsules per day;
Adults 19-50 years old: 2 capsules per day;
Adults over 51 years old: 2-3 capsules per day;
Pregnant and lactating women: 2-3 capsules per day, or Take as directed by your physician. Please take with a meal. Capsules can be chewed or swallowed. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare professional.
