Each effervescent tablet contains:
Sambucus nigra (Black Elderberry) fruit ext. dry conc. 163mg
equiv. to dry fruit 5.7g
Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 1000mg
Zinc (as Zinc Gluconate) 2mg
Contains sucralose, 462mg of sodium per tablet.

Best taken regularly, at first signs of Cold & Flu and at times of Immune stress. Dissolve 1 tablet in 250mL (1 glass) of warm or cold water. Once dissolved consume immediately.
